What are your hours?

Monday–Sunday: 7:30 AM – 9:00 PM.

What services do you offer on-site?

Self-service laundry with 10 washers (20–60 lb) and 30 dryers (30–75 lb). We sell detergent, fabric softener, and laundry bags at the counter.

Do you have amenities while I wait?

Yes—A/C, Wi-Fi, comfortable seating, a lending library, and a front counter that doubles as a workspace with device charging.

Are your products eco-friendly?

Yes. We use 100% eco-friendly cleaning products.

How fast can I finish laundry there?

Most loads wash and dry in about 60–90 minutes depending on machine size and fabric. Our promise: clean clothes, on time, every time.

Can I bring my own detergent?

Absolutely. Or buy detergent and softener on-site.

Can your machines handle comforters and bulky items?

Yes. Use our large-capacity washers and 75-lb dryers. Ask staff which machine suits your item best.

Do you offer pickup and delivery?

Not yet. We’re focused on in-store service for now.

Do you mix customers’ laundry together?

No. Each customer uses their own machine(s). Attendants are available to help with best practices.

How should I prep laundry before I come in?

Empty pockets, close zippers, separate lights/darks, and check care labels. Bring a sturdy bag for easy loading.

Do you accept cards or mobile pay?

We accept major cards. Ask on arrival about Apple Pay/Google Pay availability at the counter.

What if a machine issue occurs mid-cycle?

Flag our attendant right away. We’ll move your load if needed and make it right.

Do you handle stains or delicates?

For self-service, pre-treat before washing and choose gentle cycles. Our team can advise on settings and detergents.
