When Air Force veteran and real estate agent Katie Wright saw that Manville’s only laundromat had closed after a fire, she decided to rebuild it — not just the business, but a place the community could count on.

“I used to live here, and I know how important it is for families to have an easy, safe place to do laundry,” she says. “I wanted people to walk in and feel comfortable — greeted with a smile, offered water or coffee, and treated like neighbors.”
